updated latest results from the REACT-1 study on COVID-19 prevalence across England

We recently heard from the REACT-1 scientists with interim results from round 7 of their study looking at virus prevalence across England. They now have the full set of data in for this round.

This batch of data includes swab tests carried out on over 160,000 people across England between 13 November and 3 December 2020.  The study gives an estimate of prevalence of COVID-19 and of R, and has data on different demographic groups and regions of England.  Please note this data is a preprint, so it is early work that has not yet been through peer-review and is not published in a journal.
